Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Combat (https://aicombat.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What AI Combat provides

AI Combat is a web-based platform for testing AI agents, prompts, and business ideas through AI stress tests, readiness scores, battle-style evaluations, and reports. It is designed to help builders, developers, and businesses understand how their AI agents perform under adversarial conditions before deployment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@aicombat.ai. You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without authorisation.

4. User content

You may submit prompts, agent descriptions, business ideas, test inputs, battle content, and related materials to the platform. You retain ownership of content you create and submit.

By submitting content, you grant AI Combat a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, transmit, and use that content to the extent necessary to operate the service — including running tests, generating outputs, producing reports, and displaying results to you. This licence does not give AI Combat the right to sell your content to third parties.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs, readiness scores, reports, and recommendations produced by AI Combat may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You must review all outputs before relying on them for any purpose.

AI Combat does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or professional advice. Nothing on the platform should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use AI Combat to:

Break any applicable law or regulation.

Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Upload, submit, or generate harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content.

Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Bypass, circumvent, or exploit payment systems, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

Submit passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal data as part of test inputs.

Use the platform to create or distribute malware, fraud, spam, or harmful automation.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Paid features: Some features require payment, credits, or a subscription. Prices are shown before checkout.

Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also accept Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions: Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but may not automatically entitle you to a refund of past payments.

Credits and reports: Credits and paid reports may be subject to usage limits shown at the point of purchase or inside the product.

Refunds: A separate Refund Policy may apply once published. Until then, contact support@aicombat.ai with any refund requests.

8. Availability and changes

AI Combat may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, or technical problems. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime where practical, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Third-party services

AI Combat relies on third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and AI model providers (output generation). Your use of the platform may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies. AI Combat is not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

10. Account suspension or termination

AI Combat may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, create security or legal risks, or fail to pay where payment is required. We will try to provide notice where practical, but reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases.

11. Limitation of liability

AI Combat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Combat and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or harm arising from decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Privacy

Your use of AI Combat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to these Terms

AI Combat may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when revisions are made. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AI Combat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
