AI Combat (https://aicombat.ai) is a web-based platform for testing AI agents, prompts, and business ideas through AI stress tests, readiness scores, and reports. We help builders, developers, and businesses understand how their AI agents perform under adversarial conditions before deployment.

2. What information we collect

Account information: Your email address and authentication details when you create an account.

User content: Prompts, agent descriptions, test inputs, battle content, reports, and any other material you submit to the platform.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, credits consumed, quick-test activity, and technical logs associated with your session.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Combat does not store your full card number or payment credentials.

Support messages: Any emails or messages you send to support@aicombat.ai.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, security logs, and anonymous quick-test rate-limit records (IP addresses are hashed before storage).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and operate the AI Combat platform.

Run quick tests, battles, readiness reports, and agent features.

Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, and payments.

Improve reliability, safety, fraud prevention, and abuse protection.

Respond to support requests.

Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing notice

When you submit prompts, agent descriptions, or test inputs through AI Combat, that content may be sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic) to generate stress tests, battle outputs, readiness scores, and reports. Please avoid submitting confidential personal data, passwords, or sensitive financial information in your prompts.

5. Payments

All payments on AI Combat are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, you are also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. AI Combat does not store full card details on its own servers.

6. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies: AI Combat uses essential cookies for login, security, session management, and platform functionality. These are necessary for the service to work.

Google Analytics (optional): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how visitors use AI Combat and to improve the service. Google Analytics does not load unless you explicitly allow analytics cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit.

When you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_* on your device. Google may receive data such as pages visited and device information. We do not send your email address, account details, agent prompts, or report content to Google Analytics.

You can reject analytics without losing access to any feature of the service. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings control in the bottom-left corner of the site. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

7. Data sharing

We may share your information with:

Supabase: For authentication, database storage, and platform operations.

Stripe: For payment processing and billing management.

AI model providers: For generating test outputs, battle responses, and readiness analysis.

Infrastructure providers: Such as Vercel, for hosting and serving the platform.

Legal and professional authorities: Where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of AI Combat and its users.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, security, payment, support, and operational purposes. If you would like to request deletion of your data, contact us at support@aicombat.ai.

9. Your rights (UK users)

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under UK data protection law:

Right to access the personal data we hold about you.

Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.

10. Security

11. Children

AI Combat is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
